Return & Exchange Process

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at info@theseki.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence for damaged or defective items.Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Returns

Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the approval. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.The product must be unused and not altered in any way.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
However, shipping costs are refundable if the item is damaged or defective.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped.

Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process. We recommend declaring the package as a return to avoid additional charges.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Only exchanges or store credit will be provided.

Exchange & Store Credit

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
In cases where an exchange is not desired, a store credit will be issued. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
